Hi, I've been out of the Switch modding scene for a while now, but I want to get back into it.
My Switch is running 9.0.1 Atmosphere CTW and that's on sysNAND. There is no emuNAND set up, coz that didn't exist back when I modded it.
My question to you is: How can I copy the contents of sysNAND CTW to emuNAND (while not losing any data like games, saves, accounts, etc.) and then making sysNAND fully clean and ready to go online?

Also, my SD card is formatted as ExFAT, should I reformat it to FAT32? Is it as simple as copy the contents to a folder on pc, reformat, and copy the contents back to the SD card? Will that work right away in the Switch?

Hope you have a clean nand backup to restore to your sysnand and then create emummc. Otherwise don't think you will be safe.

You can use checkpoint or Edizon to backup and restore saves

If you format memory card to fat32 then you can't copy back contents coz fat32 supports max file size of 4gb only.

Yeah, I have a clean NAND backup, but its old af. It's at 6.2.0 (or something) FW and I don't think I can restore it, coz I may have burned a fuse or two after installing CTW. Also, the backup is not exFAT compatible, so my sdcard wouldn't be detected.

The saves aren't the issue. I worry about profiles and game data. I can't really redownload it.

Also, sorry for the late reply

An unpatched Switch can run any firmware thanks to the Fusee Gelee exploit so long as AutoRCM is enabled. You can also just restore the backup within Hekate and without booting into CFW/OFW since Hekate supports exFAT no matter what Horizon supports then switch to FAT32 once you are done restoring.
