Nope. Never heard of it or installed it.Do you have software called Quicken on your computer? Quicken is known to cause windows to bring that message up for some reason.
Ok have you installed anything just before this started happening?Nope. Never heard of it or installed it.

So as to check for any file curuption.
C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow
Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.
Ok so we did have corrupted files. And windows repaired the ones it could. Hopefully it fixed the one causing the message to pop up. If not we will need to do one of several things (including CPGs suggestion above) until we find out what is causing the issue.Code:C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow Beginning system scan. In order to fix the unfixable files I think if you do a refresh from the Windows 10 advanced startup (essentially like reinstalling your OS without losing any data or programs) it should also restore files back to their original state. Alternatively a reset but that is more like a full reinstall although it does not delete files unless you tell it to, you'll have to reinstall any programs you had.Code:C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow Beginning system scan. What is that? I don't remember seeing anything like this on my pc. Never heard of a bitlocker. But I mean, as long as this random notification isn't some virus or one of those pop ups from those websites chrome enable notifications for, then I don't really have anything to be worried about?guess you have BitLocker encryption enabled?
lets check if you have it enabledWhat is that? I don't remember seeing anything like this on my pc. Never heard of a bitlocker. Okay I never seen this before until now.lets check if you have it enabled
Open the Search bar and type Manage BitLocker. Select the Manage BitLocker from the menu.
This will open the BitLocker window, where you you will see all your partitions and you can either select to suspend BitLocker or completely disable it if it is enabled.

Ok so bitlocker is turned off which is bad because that means its not the cause of your issue. Give me a few hours please so as we can try and get this fixed for you. I'm currently in the middle of getting various tests done on me in hospital in the hope the find out why my lungs are fucked. Once done I will be able to help you out more.
