Homebrew Can I access Nintendo Eshop even having games installed via freeshop?

I want to know if it's safe to enter nintendo eshop to buy a games. Like, If I enter will they be able to detect my freeshop games and disable them to do online things?

Which download content? The freeshop games?? I don't have any themes luckily. But could you give me an example of dowloaded content?

But all games are download content aren't they? So you mean the freeshop games will have problems then? All of the games I have have updates that fixed errors.

I don't get it. I downloaded every update of freeshop games direclty from Eshop and had no problems.

I will not install the same game! I'll install a different game I never had!

No DLC is add-on content to games a good example is Super Smash Bros DLC I'm talking about paid DLC not game updates that r free

Bug fixes aren't DLC then? Pokemon moon , for example, is like version 1.2 I think. Will it restore back to 1.0 if I download a game from eshop?

I'm not going to install the same games I have from freeshop. I'll install a different game.

Ohhh so what you meant since the begging is that ONLY payed updates will mess up if I download any game from oficial Eshop? Is that right?

The bug fixes from pokemon moon were free for everyone even the ones who bought the games legit.

Oh ok, so DLC is only extra storyline etc... None of my freeshop games have this. I have no 3ds themes (wallpaper right?) either.

Ok Then, to clarify once and for all , my freeshop games will remain working the same way if I buy any other game from EShop right?

I have a lot of stuff from freeshop on my 3DS and going on the eshop hasn’t stopped any of it from working. Same for my wife and kid’s consoles. I’m not sure where you got this information.
