Hardware Best place to send for repair?

i got a PS3 from a friend but the fan runs really loud and it yellow-lights three minutes into Gran Turismo 6. My local game store won't fix it. What's a good place to send it to?

Keep trying locally. See if anyone on Facebook market place or craigslist fixes consoles. Having to mail a PS3 to get fixed is going to end up costing you more then just getting a new one.
