I've added this UPDATE ONLY button to the front page, so that you can just extract the two 7zip files to your USB stick, for a much smaller download.

This will help people who just want to update MediCat USB to the newest version.

*Minor tweaks to the other buttons have been made to help unify their look, and improve the user experience.

you need MiniTool Partition Wizard to move EFI partition on the right end, then expand Medicat partition

regards
Ok, but do I need to apply it over the iso, over the pendrive using another windows, or once I boot from the pendrive itself?

Once you've made the Medicat stick, open it and launch the portable MiniToolPartitionWizard (located in the Portable Apps folder).

Cordialement

Hello and thank you for this almost perfect compilation because in case of updating the new version it will erase the USB key. So how to avoid this, because I put a lot of portable file on key portableapps. So how do I keep my own updates on your Medicat.

On the first post now there is a link called Update which is now a 4 GBs in 2 Files that will help you with applying the updates only thus no need to download the full package.

This is a new addition that was added Just today and sure hope that it will continue.
