it actually has a lot of deep meaning in it. let me explain:

so we all know he is nicknamed fast. so the complete opposite is just well simple. simple...

fast is not a simple guy. no he is a very not simple guy. he knows a fuck ton. but we don't like that >

so, just to spite his intelligence… i vouch we call him SLOW6191 instead of fast.
(some would even dare to call him RETARDED6191 but that's really fucking mean and i don't want to be that <3)
