Hacking "Update your system to use extended storage" while trying to install Days Gone on 5.05

I still have 133GB free space but even so it stops the PKG installation before the end with that message.

Why is that so? What can I do?

I'm installing on internal and I'm installing what is found on that game site: unported pkg + update pkg + backport fix pkg;

Only games I installed, including 4 PS2 iso converts, the rest are old PS4 titles.

Hmm I wondered if it was not including files added into the file system nefariously and not reporting free space correctly...

I backported the game and encountered no such error.

C'mon guys, this is a well known issue. Patient is using old hen 1.8.
Solution - update to 2.1.4.
Case closed.

if you watch my video here I actually first installed to internal (worked fine) then i moved it to a usb using app2usb and worked fine I also recommend either hen 2.1.3 or 2.1.4 in video i am using 2.1.4 cause i like living on the edge...



days gone games starts at 43:04 but i show my update and system firmware earlier in video.

I cannot tell you where or how i obtained files i can only tell you that the pack you dl is incorrect. You do not want a patch you want the entire backported update for this to work...

actually if you watch my last couple of videos i show my hard drive growing it's quite an interesting setup...supposedly there is a 1000 game limit on ps4 games but i am rapidly approaching 1100 games...

Game working fine like this, don't know what you're talking about, updated and running on 5.05, with the original downloaded files. I installed the game, then the update, then the fix.

Dude, you literally just gave bad info that his file set was wrong lol

@KiiWii I think since this forum is probably the first stop for most people, it might be a good idea to have a sticky with the title something like "Use HEN 2.13 or above to avoid issues"

iirc, even if you were to decrypt one of those files, then encrypt it right back, it wouldn't be the same file. the file size might be the same (can't remember), but the encryption with different apps than the official ones would make it different.

i thought so too. I talk about that in the video. It will appear to boot but actually playing will cause the game to crash at certain points...
