I'm blind just found it in the main tx page.

I'm not really bricked, its kinda Semi.

my EMUNAND works fine, my SYSNAND is the one I can't boot to.

its similar in your quote

so this is normal that EMUNAND Works and SYSnand is bricked?

I don't think so. I was also dumping my prod.keys and get a few errors on lockpick RCM, it can't even detect the 10.0.0 emunand

also on sx core firmware 1.2 my secure_boot_key is bunch of 'f' and when updated to 1.3 sx core firmware it shows some keys but get bunch of corrupted key blob error.

the nor version dumps some keys dunno if they are valid as they are only 41 keys compared to the prod.keys I dump on my brothers switch which was unpatched
I have two suggestions on how to fix your problem

1. Since your unit was bricked during the 3.0.2 os and you have emunand installed maybe the 3.0.3 os only patched the emunand. Try to insert a new sd card without emunand installed so that 3.0.3 update will fix your sysnand.

2. Suggestion number 2 might fix or worsen your situation. Sir froid have you tried injecting the nand backup of your working emunand to your sysnand? It might fix your brick.

Hate to break it to you but it does used it multiple times.

If it failed to mount save stop running the game first
I’ve been trying to run it in applet mode and it says to restart sx every time I try. Can you get it to run by going straight to homebrew and clicking checkpoint?

That's the only way I'm running it. Go to album and run it

NX-Activity-Log works on my v2 switch. Good app if you ask me, always wanted a tracker like on 3ds, it resembles that one

Ok then, new development. Apparently Checkpoint on sxos can't handle an empty game-list error gracefully.

I popped in one game cart to get a game icon in the menu and now checkpoint works fine.

Anyone know how to get a ACNH save transferred? I tried JKSM but i got a "corrupted save" prompt upon game load.

2. Incognito/Wipe serial in Tinfoil. Tested in emummc, your switch will freeze when booting, forcing you to recreate your emummc. I assume using this in sysmmc will result in a brick, please do not try. UPDATE: This feature has been purposely removed from newer versions of Tinfoil for Mariko sets.

FML i got this problem for sysnand now im dead

hi guys, i have a mariko console with sx core installed,so if use the sx os 3.0.3 can i use ChoidujourNX for update to 10.0.4 without any risk? or better update with the nintendo servers?? thanks for the help !

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Supposedly you can use choidujournx now if you have v3.03 with their firmware update. What TX said is it’ll still brick but SXOS will fix it so you can still boot emunand etc normally basically you won’t notice it’s bricked(?) also if you bricked it before v3.03 run sxupdater with your switch connected to computer via usb debug port and flash firmware v1.3 it unbricks it.

hi, i have a mariko console with sx core installed,so if use the sx os 3.0.3 can i use ChoidujourNX for update to 10.0.4 without any risk? or better update with the nintendo servers burning the fuses??,i still dont have a good info about if i use sx os 3.0.3 i can use Choidujour for update offline without any risk i really need update the console, thanks for the help,

firmware 1.3 and sx os 3.0.3 should fixed the brick by ChoidujourNX and also make it safe to use ChoidujourNX on your mariko switch.

if you are worried, use/create EMUNAND.

when I booted up sx os 3.0.3 on mine it asked to update my firmware to 1.3 (I also didn't put the debug usb)

check your firmware version booing to sx os boot menu (power + vol+) -> option -> SX Core

if on firmware 1.3 and so os 3.0.3 you can safely use Choidujour to update it on the new page of TX that's it safe to use now. Dunno about updating online.

Hi guys, well here is my case, well is a friend of mine,we install sx core in a mariko console everything goes fine,we put sx os in the micro sd card fat32 and boo fine, say about update sx core to 1.3 so we update and the console boot perfect,BUT then my friend use ChoidujourNX for offline update and now the switch only boot to sx logo and sx options but thats it,after that only get black screen,
he trusted himself because whsta tx say about this "If you have updated SX OS past 3.03, it will be safe to update using Choi" so right now he can dump nand but can figure out whats can do now, because if sx core is in 1.03 and sx os in 3.03 why the console wont boot? really aprecaite any advice guys thanks a lot

Did you make a NAND backup at any point before wiping the serial?

Correct me if I am wrong gbatemp but from what I understand if you used Choi to update anything, it'll brick the sysnand. The 1.3 core firmware "detects"(?) this and fixes what Choi breaks. TX was very clear that Choi is still bricking HOS, but the core unit will turn around and fix it.

If you bricked your console without the 1.3 firmware on the core you'll need to use the flex ribbon Micro USB on the core to update via the TX firmware updater software (Windows only atm).

If you have a working Switch using 3.03 sxos will update the core, making core ready to deal with Choi's incompatibility with Mariko and iPached(?) units.

I have not tested any of this, nor am I comfortable with trying yet... Waiting to see how things play out. I'm on 10.0.4 so I've got time.

Also if you cut the RF shield you'll have the room you need.

well today i will try to use the little port of sx core but is not sense because right now the swicth is sx core 1.3 already and sx os in 3.03 PRIOR update with Choi so we dont know why the console wont boot

hi!,nop only show the sx logo and then sx menu and thats all, after that black screen,i in sx core 1.3 and sx os 3.03

have you tried making a emunand and booting from there? It's also a good idea to try a different SD card or try genuine boot (remove micro sd card if you are using a mariko unit or switch lite) It may also take a while to load 2 min tops.

If you dump your prodkeys using the lockpick.nro before the brick you already got your biskey.
you can also derive your biskey if you got your SBK (secure_boot_key) and tsec_key using this site https://www.sdsetup.com/biskeygen
