Shakedown: Hawaii is coming to Wii and Wii U, this summer! I'm beyond excited to finally say that out loud!
You might think that after this many ports and physical editions of my games, some of the magic would wear off... but these are truly among the most near and dear to my heart.

The Wii and Wii U versions include all of the currently released content and feature updates, including the Mogul Update, the Full Tank Update, and the many other little tweaks, improvements and optimizations that went into the game post-launch.

Both versions will also allow you to experience the game in the most retro way possible... in 4:3 on your old CRT televisions... and in my opinion, it looks glorious!

The Wii version supports both 50hz and 60hz, and both NTSC and PAL output.
It supports the Wii Remote (with shake!), Wii Classic Controller, Wii Classic Controller Pro, and GameCube Controller.
I took special care to ensure it parallels the experience of the more powerful platforms, and further optimized it to fit entirely into the Wii system memory.
This means that you won't experience any disc load times during gameplay. Once the game boots, you're in!

The Wii U version supports both SD and HD, 4:3 and 16:9. You can play it with the Wii U GamePad, Wii U Pro Controller, Wii Remote, Wii Classic Controller, or Wii Classic Controller Pro.
It can be played entirely on the GamePad (with touch!), or on the TV from the comfort of your couch.

The Wii version will launch on Thursday, July 9th at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm UK for $29.99 USD. It's limited to 3,000 copies, so please subscribe to email notifications to ensure you don't miss it!
The Wii U and Steam versions will follow in August. Many more details (along with the specific release date) are still to come, so stay tuned.

Hopefully not region locked - that was the thing that stopped me getting the Wii U Axiom Verge physical release (even though I'd already legit bought Axiom Verge digitally on Wii U, and double-dipped with the PS4 physical).

The first one was ok. Shakedown was kinda rubbish.
Well it was just disappointing. It does look better, but it's just not what I expected.

The first one had charm. Full of references to other games and easter eggs galore. Everything was a parody of something, even the music was parody of some games. This new one doesn't really have all of that. It takes one joke and runs with it the whole game like beating a dead corpse. Bad business practice, get rich quick schemes, trying to monopolize everything and even real estate. And as I'm typing this, I suddenly feel like playing Yakuza Kiwami. Probably cause it reminds me of it.

Do you really want an answer? Or is it better that you stop asking questions and just accept reality for what it is.
I just like quoting Space Hamster, I confused as to why but it seems like it was "because fuck you, that's why" kind of reason.

Yes, it's out there. Just a Google search away.

You aren't going to find a wad version. I don't know why you're being told to google it, wads are for VC and WiiWare games. If you want a forwarder for the wbfs you're going to have to create it yourself. The same goes for creating an installable wad of the game.
