Hi! First of all I want to say Thank you very much for taking your time to create this wonderful plugin.

But, after installing this tool I couldn't open the Homebrew Menu via Applet or non Applet, is it known issue? I'm running with Atmosphere 0.12.0

There is only one file in release package ? I have only ReverseNX-RT.elf file in plugin folder and plugin is not showing in tesla menu.

Better change your app for unpacking files.

Thanks I found out that operating system (MacOS) was causing problem with file visibility.
But I have another problem, games crashing after start and salty stop working, its happen when i copy ReverseNX-RT plugin into saltySD folder because when I delete it salty working without issue. Im on 1.02 and Atmosphere 0.13.0. Any ideas?

Hey @masagrator . I don't know if you are aware of a bug in your SaltyNx + Overlay apps (ReverseNx-RT and Nx FPS). The think is that when using one of those, the audio will start crackling and jumping slightly at some intervals, it is more noticeable with headphones and can be really annoying. This behavior occurs when you open the overlays apps and SaltyNX is using the plug-in for FPS and ReverseNx-RT.

I have tested it with FW 10.0.2 and 10.0.4, with Atmos 0.12 and 0.13,using the latest Tesla, ovloader and the latest SaltyNX, ReverseNX-RT ovl, NX-FPS, Status Monitor ovl.
I was only using Sys-clk sys and ovl, and even by turning it off it still happened

I noticed it yesterday by playing Sayonara Wild Heart and today with Pokemon DLC.

So let's say you are running SaltyNX (and the plug-in for FPS) and playing normaly, there is no problem. If you open Tesla ovlmenu and then other ovl (like Sys-clk), still no problem. But at the moment you open Status Monitor (for FPS) the audio start to crack and skip the audio slightly at random. If you close the game and keep the status monitor + FPS running and reopen the game it continues the crackling. But if you close the game, delete the plug-in and then restart the game, the problem is not present. The same happens if you are only using ReverseNX-Rt, at the moment you open the overlay, it start to distort the audio.

By using ReverseNX-Tool this doesn't happen, just by using the overlay apps

I'm not aware of this bug in Atmosphere.

Write steps one by one for one game so it can be reproduced (the cheapest ones, I don't have Pokemon and I don't plan to have it :P)
And what means "random"? One time within five seconds, ten seconds, less, more?

How about create feature setting per profile like overclock sys-module?
Setting per games
ex:
handheld mode : handheld mode
usb charger official : docked mode
or whatever do u want

If possible will be good feature i think

I'm not planning to add any more functionality to it.

Otherwise you would need to create additional sysmodule.

This happened to me while playing sayonara wild heart and pokemon, I will try with other games later today. The steps are: Use headphones directly to the audio jack. Run SaltyNX with either NX-FPS or ReverseNX-RT plug-in in the plug-in folder. Start the game and at any moment with music, song or any audio. Open Tesla. And only when you try to open either status monitor + FPS or ReverseNx-Rt the crackling and skiping of the audio start to happen, there is not set interval, but it happens very close to one another like around 5-10 second each. Even if you close the overlay the crackling continues until you close the game and reload. I tried different combinations to see where was the problem and I can only replicate it by using SaltyNX+Plugin Overlay apps (ReverseNX-RT and FPS). I don't know about coding, but maybe is the way your overlays apps talk with SaltyNX to retrieve the info on the .hex files in the StaltyNx folder.
Maybe you can try with some of your games to see if it happens to all the games. I will try and report later in the day

So this more sounds like dmnt:cht issue with Cheat Process (because after Force Open it cannot be closed until game is closed). If I could replicate this issue, it would be easier for me to detect what is going on.

Ok, tested it with Sayonara Wild Hearts with newest SaltyNX, Status Monitor, nv-ovlloader, Tesla Menu, ReverseNX-RT, NX-FPS, sys-clk overlay (this official, not from SunTheCourier) with bluetooth dongle aptx LL as I don't have any headphones with minijack and I didn't get any crackling that couldn't be reproduced with SaltyNX disabled (because bluetooth) + no jumps at all.

I am aware this may be an issue for SX OS users as I'm using svc calls and some threads may not like interrupts I'm adding (but didn't get any issues on that case from trusted people), but this should not happen with Atmosphere dmnt:cht.

Btw. this game sold me with first song being Clair de Lune variation. :D

I'm testing some games right now, and only I can only replicate it in Pokemon Sw new DLC. It's happen everytime with every song after opening the overlays... Icouldn't replicate it even in sayonara, maybe is only pokemon... ?

Thanks a lot! It is pretty great to manage everything from the overlay. Tested with Astral Chain set to docked, worked perfectly.

Got something weird with Tales of Vesperia DE, when I set it to docked it does change (visual change is noticeable) but my controls stopped working, they don't register ingame. They do work on the overlay so I changed it back to handheld and the controls started working ingame again. This is using Switch as handheld with the joycons attached.

Is this particular game an exception or 32-bit? Thanks again!

It's not 32-bit if Overlay doesn't show error.

Probably game in docked mode doesn't expect controllers output handheld mode (when game asks about controller info, one of outputs is if it's in handheld mode (0x20)), so it won't pass any info unless you will detach joy-cons.

There are few games like that. F.e. naruto trilogy will ask you always for pairing controllers if output is none or handheld.

Oh! that's indeed the case. Looks like the game doesn't allow you to play "docked" with the joycons attached, it goes into pairing screen right after re-attaching them and explicitly says to play with them deattached.
First time I heard about games doing this, its a shame as it forbids you from playing this way.
