Misc Can't Connect to Wiimmfi on Nintendo DSi XL

I'm having trouble playing Mario Kart DS online via Wiimmfi on my DSi XL these days. It used to work for me about a year ago, but every time I try to connect using my open mobile hotspot, I get either error code 20110 or 61020. Primary DNS is currently set to 178.62.43.212 and secondary to 1.1.1.1. I am using a physical cart. Any help?

True. I remember mine didn't work.
