I am starting into the cfw thing. I can not start hekate. It seems like it is not recognizing my sd. I tried with two different sd both of 2gb but different brands. I tried the latest version of hekate and i put the bootlader folder into the sd. I tried with both exfat and fat32 formats. What could be wrong ? maybe my sd cards? i only have those and i do not want to buy a bigger one until i test that this works. Could be a hardware thing ? i heard that could be something about it but i do not want to disassemble my console and in ofw it recognizes both sd so maybe it is not the case. i do not know what else to do please help.

What do the yellow letters say? They appear on console? Try injecting from a different device.
It says :
Missing lp0 (sleep mode) library!

Missing or old Minerva library!

Update your bootloader folder!

press any key...

yes it is on console. What device ? a cell phone? how?

remove hekate and install plain ams and sigpatches...maybe that works
The thing is i'm a noob haha. With ams do you mean atmosphere? it is not suppossed that atmosphere should be installed once you create emummc with hekate? and also can i create a partition for emummc with a 2gb sd?. I only wanted to test if i could enter into hekate and then i would buy a 64gb sd to do the partition and everything else but now i'm afraid that even with a better sd it won't work.

It's not installed automatically, you need to put the files in your SD Card after the creation of emuMMC.

I don't think 2GB would work for creating emuMMC:
It's highly recommended that you use an SD card that is formatted to FAT32 and has at least 32 gigabytes of space free. This will still work on smaller cards, but it's not ideal.

2GB is Waaaaaay do small you need atleast a 64gb sd due the EMMC can be up to 32gb

I supposed that. The thing is that it seems hekate does not recognize my sd and i am afraid that will happen with a bigger sd too. Maybe my sd are bad quality? I want to buy a 64gb sandisk micro sd xc, do you think that is good enough ?

You need a hekate config file (hekate_ipl.ini) in your bootloader folder.

Code:
{------ Atmosphere EmuMMC------}
[Atmosphere EmuMMC]
payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee-primary.bin
kip1patch=nosigchk
fullsvcperm=1
atmosphere=1
logopath=bootloader/Atmosphere.bmp
icon=bootloader/res/icon_Atmosphere.bmp
{}
[Atmosphere FSS0 EmuMMC]
fss0=atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin
kip1=atmosphere/kips/*
logopath=bootloader/Atmosphere.bmp
icon=bootloader/res/icon_Atmosphere_hekate.bmp

add these lines to your hekate config. You'll have 2 boot entries:
  • the first chainloading fusee-primary
  • the second uses fss0 method
choose one and use the proper sigpatches for the method you choose.
