Hopefully, if you were interested, you grabbed Grand Theft Auto V while it was free on the Epic Game Store, because it has now been replaced with the next free game. Epic's latest giveaway is for Civilization VI, which will be free to add to your EGS library until May 28th. Earlier this month, it was announced that Civilization VI would be getting a brand new expansion pack which would slowly roll out new content all throughout the rest of the year.

Has the game seen many updates and the like that would make it worth playing to someone that did not like it?

I imagine someone that got it full price at launch probably enjoyed the earlier titles quite a bit. I have not played it but watching some videos and having put more time than I care to think in various versions (most recent before then being IV: Colonization) and similar games it did look like something that would turn me off.

Dude, you shouldn't be upset because of this because even if they don't put free games in the store, they will be doing awesome discounts anyway. If we compare the prices of games in epic store games, then they are much lower than in other stores and this is very cool. In general, lately, I prefer not to buy games from Steam and other stores because prices are quite high there.
