IM jumping ship next gen from PlayStation to Xbox so in very intrigued what they have to show with all those studio acquisitions.
Why might I ask?

Xbox never seems to have as many exclusives

inb4 Xbox One X, but with faster load times
It will also have the ability to reimage older games according to them with its learning a.i on the fly

But I don’t know about you my X seems to mimic a Window pc with its slow down through the menu system where you have to power it down like if the memory gets stacked  hope that goes away

also June 4th PS5 reveal maybe :ninja:

Was always a pc person who bought the new TI card as soon as it came out but now these days with the absurd cpu, ram and gpu prices that quadrupled in 5 years time, I am probably gonna go game mainly on the new xbox. I expected with pc gaming becoming popular more and more that prices would become less and less but instead it become way way more. I remember buying a 980ti on launch for 650, a 1080ti on launch for 699. High end cpu's back then like the 6700k and such for 350. Pc gaming prices have become so absurd and over the top expensive and I am sure I'm not the only one that are gonna jump ship to the xbox because of that.

I can't answer for the one you quoted.. However, exclusives aren't always enough of a reason to buy one platform over the other.

As far as the demos go. I'm interested in seeing real time gameplay. If it's not someone with a controller playing ON THE SERIES X and not a comparable computer, this might be worth the watch.

Microsoft have a better relationship with 3rd party than Sony... Thats why you see so many cool games on gamepass VS PS Now. For that very reason I feel it's no reason to get the series X right now... Maybe in a few years. Xbox One (S) still have alot of life in it no sense to jump ship now when 3rd party games is still going to roll on the Xbox One.

I'll be looking at buying Xbox Series X in the near future. IDK if I'm buying Sony I have my PS2-PS4 games to keep me busy and all the major exclusives I already own.

Well the only reason that I am considering
xbox over ps5 is xbox game pass ultimate. The value of xbox game pass ultimate is insane especially if you get it for 90$ (it is on sale quite often). You get all the first party games and some indie games, the day that they come out along with a bunch of other great games that vary from a few months old to a few years old. With xbox game pass ultimate, I dont feel like I have to get anything else for my xbox because the service is just that good. Meanwhile, on playstation, PS Now adds first party games years after they release and only let you play them for a few months until they are removed. So, if you wanna play just one first party game on launch then you got to spend 60$ which feels like a ripoff compared to xbox.

Imo that is only happening because Xbox is so far behind PS. If Xbox sold well again they would move to a more profitable model.

Yeah that is probably why game pass exists. I don't think that they would ditch game pass though if they started selling better again since they have put a lot of resources into getting people to get gamepass. What they would probably do once / if more people buy game pass is stop running sales and sell it at the normal price of 15$ a month and possibly increase the price a little bit to 20$. Even if they did this, It would still be a pretty good deal. Just to further prove my point, as a surprise today, they added streets of rage 4 to game pass on release date. I defiantly agree that PlayStation has better exclusives and if game pass did not exist then I would not own an xbox or even consider buying an xbox series x.

O noice.
Hopefully the graphics will be a major step up, though i really dont think theyre going to go that far
we've already reached true photorealism in games, cant really go any higher than that haha

sony is far behind at the moment

they haven’t even shown the ps5 console yet and heres microsoft about to show games for the series x
TBF microsoft already suffered huge losses with the Xbox one, theyve gotta get an audience quick or PS is just going to beat them again. (by a landslide too, 40 million vs 100 million. oof)
I'm hoping for another 360 vs ps3, sony can't stay on top of the gaming market all the time. after all, competition inspires creativity ^_^

I really think the Series X will beat the PS5 since SX is already showing off games while the PS5 itself hasn't even been shown yet.
