Hi guys

I'm trying to hold the screen shot button down on certain games to record a short video but some games won't let me. are there any home-brew options that will let me?

i am just trying to capture cool moments in games for my own record and i am not trying to stream or make full videos out of them, thats why the convenience of the screenshot button is great for me.

ive already looked into SYSDVR but im not trying to hook up the video feed to any other device

thank you

any news to this?
Considering that you necroed this from 3 years ago. I would say no. The biggest reason is because the games you can't record on are using the rest of the systems resources. You would have to edit each games file before installing and even then your gonna get crashes. It's solely cause the switch is underpowered and some games are just resource hogs (compared to other switch games)

Really only method would be to record the footage how you normally would. Via a capture card or a rather poor looking videos stream.
