I'm thinking about writing tutorials on art. I've always wanted to teach. And I've been thinking about posting some tuts here, but I want to include them in two languages: Spanish and English, just so people that knows spanish or english can learn regardless of the language.

So, am I allowed to do that? Or is still a English only thing?

There's no rules preventing it! You might have to put the spanish version inside a spoiler section.

So long as the English version is the "main" content, keeping a translated version of the guide in spoilers is probably fine.

I would say that this is perfectly fine as long as English is the primary language for the tutorial. Spanish could be included as an addendum to the post (for example, as a spoiler, or a reply to the original post).
