So I'm reading a thread on twitter where a girl posted a QR code for people to scan and buy nudes for $3 through Animal Crossing New Horizons.

This is clearly a breach of some kind of terms of service or something, right? Sometimes twitter astounds me when people try to defend people like this...

Advice on what to say to the guy who says 'so, she's not allowed to play the game how she wants to?'

Cheers as always :grog:

apparently breaking terms of service isn't illegal.
the only one breaking the law here is the user distributing the qr codes without permission.

anybody who can visit twitter can also find actual porn elsewhere on the site.
as far as I know, animal crossing doesn't let you share your custom designs within the game to other random players. there are codes, but that requires contact outside the game. so no children will see it while playing by mistake if that's your worry.

I won't be surprised this person earns a ban.
I would. the qr codes aren't linked to an account and her tweets are protected so we can't find her username.
