How happy is everybody with the villagers, starting island options, and fruit that they got? Took a couple re-rolls to for me to become about 85% pleased with what the RNG gods provided lol. I got Plucky and Frogbert, with oranges.

At the same time I'd like to be able to enjoy seasonal events.

Does the Switch have to be able to connect to Nintendo to do this, or does just connecting to the internet do the trick?

I can confirm the golden tools are in this game. However, it seems they may not be invincible as before. My golden axe broke after a few islands of heavy usage. It came as a shock given the whole for the gold axe before was its durability. The recipe seems to only be a golden nugget and a standard version of the tool in question. I don't know if the other gold tools break as well, but I'm thinking likely.

So in this case the easy-to-make recipe may be more valuable than the tool itself. Of course the requirements are high for each item.

Guys I'm playing Animal Crossing on my emuNand (completely off form the internet) and i'm buying the game to install on my sysnand.
Can i transfer the save from the emunand to the sysnand since its a device save?
Do i need to change anything on the save itself (like a device id) to avoid a ban?

question; does anyone know if the wetsuit is usable to swim at all?? or if you can even swim in this game? because i looked it up and nintendo life stated that you cannot swim, not that they know of, people are thinking that you can swim but possibly through an event? i don't know but i would love to swim..sadly from the looks of it you can't which will be very disappointing.

Update: Can confirm the Golden Shovel breaks as well.

Ah man, that's so lame. Can't believe that glitch made it to release. And here I was just thinking how spot-on the pacing is in New Horizons, I paid my moving fees, started building my house/the museum, and got 10,000 bells saved just on day one. Oh well, I'll just pretend I didn't see that I guess lol.
