Gaming Help: Apollo Justice on SD Card has slowdown and crackling sounds, still broken after SD format

During some segments with heavy music (namely cross-examination allegro), the game lags and there's a crackling noise in my left ear. I've seen other advice that I should format my SD card using the Panasonic SD Formatter 4.0 (I'm unable to hyperlink), but I did that and it appears to have done nothing.

The game is stored on my SD card and I have it on my home screen via Forwarder3DS, though I doubt Forwarder3DS is the problem.

I've played other games on my SD card like Mario Kart DS and Trials and Tribulations, and they've all worked fine. This is the first time I've ever gotten slowdown.

I've tried the SD Formatter once more (it takes a while to format) with no dice.

Not all games are perfect yet on sd. If ya want best performance then yes. a ds flashcart is what you would want.
