Gaming Pokemon Home and Hacked Pokemon?

if the move isnt in SW/SH, it wont let you transfer the pokemon to it to begin with... youd have to replace that move in the original game with something else to allow the transfer to even occur.. and im talking about legit moves, not even hacked ones.. if they didnt code a certain old move into sw/sh, they wont let you bring that pokemon over into the game...

I don't understand what you mean? I have transfered pokemon from my 3ds Sun/Moon/Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon/Alpha Saffire etc. to pokemon bank and from pokemon bank to Pokemon Home and from home to Sword/Shield and if they have moves that don't exist in Sword and Shield they have an sign that there are moves not possible in Sword/Shield, but the pokemon can just be transfered to the game (also pokemon from let's go Pikachu to home and then to Sword/Shield the same)..

That is incorrect, it just make that move unusable where you have to delete it for another move.

I think Nintendo are OK if you receive a hacked Pokemon via a trade. It would be pretty unfair on some poor 9 year old having their account banned because they unintentionally received a hacked non.

That said I have heard reports of hacked Pokemon causing game breaking bugs and as far as I know this hasn’t been patched yet (could be wrong). So I would approach it with extreme caution and maybe just wait until the dust has settled so you know you’re in the green

Transfer of old moves is allowed but they remain unusable and it will encourage you to replace them.

From my experience, I create legal, battle-appropriate mons. As long as they are fully legal, you are fine. If the mon is illegal in any way (ability Or move that Pokemon doesn’t get, if EVs exceed 510, event shinies, or event mons with specific abilities and moves that don’t match up, Pokemon doesn’t come from correct place etc..) The game lets you transfer them but doesn’t let you use them online. In a raid battle, the game actually says something like “One or more Pokemon cannot be use online” and then let’s you play a non-invite raid.

Buy a 2nd 2nd-hand ds(that can play your games) use that as a legit ds to send over mons and use the CFW(luma) ds to do the generating or cheats or whatever.
I currently do the same just to be extrasextra and i dont mind the extra DS console.

Yes. Going online with a hacked switch is the biggest ban risk you can take.

Is this for real? I mean, I got a lot of Pokemon's in omega ruby and wanna make sure that they will be fine since it only works one way, I mean, you can only transfer them but no return them to you

You can use bank on a hacked 3DS, but for home you need to have a clean NAND.
