Simple:
To copy save from PC to Switch:
1. Make sure you have at least one Witcher save on Switch
2. On the Switch make backup of your Witcher saves with Checkpoint app (remember to make backup of proper user's saves!)
3. Copy your PC save of your choice (PNG+SAV) to your sdcard into your switch folder -> /switch/Checkpoint/saves/0x01003D100E9C600 Witcher 3/Some folder with date and your name/ <<-- HERE between other save files
4. Run Checkpoint app and RESTORE Your SAVES

*EDIT your title ID number folder may have different number or sometimes it won't have the name just the number

I wish I could do this with Chasm and The Messenger (I am far into both of these but haven't completed them). I played both of these on my PC and recently got a modded Switch.
