Pre-Registration open for War of The Visions Final Fantasy Brave Exvius

Square Enix Ltd. has announced that pre-registration for the highly-anticipated WAR OF THE VISIONS FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS has begun. The tactical mobile RPG has surpassed nine million downloads in Japan since its 2019 launch and charted within the top five games in the App Store. Fans worldwide can pre-register to unlock various in-game rewards and incentives in advance of the game’s launch this spring on iOS and Android.

WAR OF THE VISIONS FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS is a standalone gaming experience that draws inspiration from classic SQUARE ENIX tactical RPGs. Set in the FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS universe, the action unfolds on Ardra, a continent on the brink of war as individual nations struggle for dominance. Players will follow the stories of twin princes Mont and Sterne from the kingdom of Leonis, which possesses the power of visions, and Machérie, the beautiful Steel Maiden of Hourne. As they progress, players will need to navigate a variety of battlefields, strategize their attacks against enemy forces and summon powerful Espers to help turn the tide of war.

If you look in the description, it says "Wold Wide". Nice.

There actually are four versions of the game being announced.

- JP version, already released since some time
- GL version, this one
- CH version, based off JP but without micro-transactions and exclusively for China
- BE version, based off GL but without micro-transactions and exclusively for Belgium

The last two will be released "at a later date".

I liked the GBA and DS version better than the PSP... I played war of the lions and I honestly lost interest after 5 mins. Maybe I prefer the kitty story VS the grownup version for tactics. Stuff like that is better as action-rpg than turnbase

maybe it's just me

in a video game world that has like a million races, play as a cast of 100% human characters.

I prefer those two games because banga, viera, moogle and seeq races add some diversity to the otherwise kinda bland cast of human characters. this is what puts me off most other tactics games eventually.

That also it felt more lively .... when I played war of the lions and it felt bland and dark... It just didn't appeal me

In addition to the known races of moogles (Mog, and obviously King Mog and its cohorts), tonberries (Beryl), and incoming behemoths (King Behemy), say hello to beastfolk (at least two sub-races have been shown, the cat-like Natura and the wolf-like Shibyra, as shown through units like Kunshira, Wadow or Juraga), mechanical life forms (Regina), unknown races (Veritas of the Frost), and that's without pointing out the various non-human races coming from older FF games.

But yeah, "100% human characters", sure.

oh, I'd be happy to be wrong about this, but this trailer doesn't seem to show any of these non-humans and I'm talking playable units and whatnot.
If this was like 98 humans, 1 moog and 1 cat/dog person, I'd still say it's basically 100% human

We're around 10% of non-humans at the actual JP state, which is quite big in a world that has already been established as built around human cities and castles. And while I can understand your opinion, this actually is coherent with the world lore (which isn't based on Ivalice like the other Tactics games, but on the Brave Exvius universe, and can't deviate too much since it is a prequel), so I don't really consider it a viable critic.

brave exvius was an excellent mobile game, so i have high hopes for this one as well.

I like how people hate on mobile games, while some are a lot better than 90% of console games released this generation.
