Dear friends,
May I ask could I just simply drag and drop all the folders and files from the old micro-sd to the new one? Or do I need to use any software?

(I’m using cfw atmosphere and would like to remain all my nspgames and saves working without any reinstallation)

thanks for your answer though:)

No there's unique ids towards each switch so you can't just put a sd card in another switch and expect everything to show up if that's what you mean.

Also about saves, they're on internal only not sd card.

Aw, great. That means I have to take extra special care of this Switch because ain't nobody got time to redownload the entire card.

What I do is keep backups of all my nsps on an external hard drive. It's especially smart because pirate sites are going down by the day.
