Hacking WD2500 Drive doesnt let me to make partitions or change format for Wii games

Can you please help me to get my external hdd to recognize Wii/GC games? For some reason my hdd doesnt let me turn itself to NTFS,make partitions,turn it to dynamic disk or split my wii games to wbfs. Every single option get blocked out and googling doesnt help me either. HDD is a WD2500,External exFAT that doesnt let change format or make partitions. I just want MKW,Project M and Melee to run

Did you use/tried an Partition/Format Tool like AOMEI Partition Assistant ?

Is the HDD recognized by Windows please ? Or did you use another Operating System ?

Yeah,Windows recognizes it except when trying to format it or making a volume the hdd freaks out with PS2 like sounds and I have to go to diskpart and fix this just to go back to the drawing board

Please start the Tool with your WD2500 HDD connected and please make an Screenshot to see if your HDD is there.

tried to turn it into GBT but it reverts back to mbt for no reason at all,formatting it corrupts it until I fix it with code.

Please try:

Right click on the HDD (Disk3) and choose "Format" and choose "FAT32" with "Default 32kb".
If that not works pleae choose 64kb instead.

If this is also not working,Right Click on Disk3 and choose "Delete partition" and Option 1 "Delete Partition Quickly" please.
After that please make with "Create a new Partition" a new one and format it again with FAT32.

When I try to add a partition,the hdd starts making damaged ps2 sounds,every single app that uses usbs will glitch out unless I disconnect my HDD or spam a lot.

NVM,it still doesnt work but fortunately the hdd revert back to its original state.

I guess I have to use a 64gb usb which doeesnt responds unless I lift it to split my Wii\PS3 games.
