I bought two Switch game cards and I'd like to buy the case and cover for them. One to keep (FighterZ) and the other to sell (Final Fantasy), and I've looked on eBay, but there doesn't seem to be anything.

Anyone know where?

You can find empty aftermarket game cases on amazon or aliexpress. You just have to print the cover yourself, however there are a number of people who offer to mail you a case with printed cover for a fee. Your best bet is to just use google.
Edit: Try https://www.zedlabz.com/collections...rtridge-case-for-nintendo-switch-2-pack-clear

I've seen those cases on eBay, but where can I find those print + case services? I'd be interested in. And I did try to search via Google and Bing, but no luck.

It would not help you if I link you the person in my country who's offering such services as a hobby (unless you don't care about the shipping fees), you will have to look on craigslist or similar apps.
I also found some custom cases on etsy, if you want to take a look there.
Otherwise the easiest option is to print them yourself and buy those empty cases.
I find that thecoverproject.net is a good resource for finding game covers.

You can buy stacks of clear cases very cheap on ebay, as said above. Then just get your local office supply store (whatever is the big brand where you are) to print them on nice shiny paper
