Hello guys
I had a Switch with Blue Screen of Death. Believing it is bricket Switch, then the first thing i did was try "Unbricking the Nintendo Switch by Rebuilding the NAND" but without any result. Then i made a reball at the eMMC but the defect persists. I decided to make a reballing to "SoC Nvidia Tegra". I ordered the stencil and started the procedure. After re-attachment the processor with new balls, the surprise was huge, the console started without problems. It's my first raball on a Nintendo Switch. I used 0.35 balls. The temperature profile for the reball i used one for small laptop from Jovy. Find the stencil for whoever you want on aliexpress. I did not have any special problems during the process of raballing. Unfortunately i had no help filming everything from start to finish. I filmed alone with the phone when I could. Sorry for my bad English.

Thank you Dear FXDX. I was looking stencil for "SoC Nvidia Tegra". Where can I find stencil for it? Also does it work Tegra processor taken from another mother board to another mother board?

CPU actually marred with NAND. So....
I think he just rebelled it, look at repaired traces mask.

I had already changed the wi-fi chip from another board but didn't catch the success, my chance in the world :)

Just don't buy Wi-Fi chip itself you have to move it from donor board.
That is the only one way i have seen ppl successfully fixed an orange screen.
I would just move CPU and NAND and check what's next.

I did the SoC Nvidia Tegra reballing. I don't think the SoC goes from the donor logic board exactly as @Agilato said
I also repaired some traces with UV Repair Paint Solder Mask Solder Resist Green.
You can order the stencil from here:

For the orange screen i solved with reflow to IBCM4356XKUBG chip. put a video here.

What temps you used to reflow it, without even taking out?
I did not remove it, because at that time i had no balls of the correct size for reballing. I opted for the reflow. About two minutes at 300 degrees with very low air flow and good flux Amtech nc 559.

I had watched this video and tried it. It was succesful but after a moment later freezing at boot logo. Sometimes opening sometimes freezing at logo. To normal open, it must wait 1 or 2 days. I changed M92T36 ic for the frezzing but there is no any changeness. Later I give back the console to my customer. At least there is no orange anymore.
Thank you for purchase link. When I check the purchase link I can't see the stencil holes, I hope that's right?

Thanks a lots.

I think I might have the same issue like you.

The nand chip works fine in another console, but I can't boot Hekate. The screen just stays black, no backlight. Also the bsod appeared immediately after pressing the power button.
When I try to boot ReiNX: cdn.discordapp (dot)attachments/596287505737711616/668925943603265546/20200120_221233.jpg
