While we have seen quite a few of those in recent times I did not get that impression from this one/those trailers. I am sure they are hoping for that dollar as well (are we betting on brave or empowering in the clickbait from those sites?) but I got nothing like the recent Charlie's Angels reboot from that. If anything someone saw Deadpool 2 and decided to do a lazily directed* (possibly also PG13 -- other than the drugs thing most of that looks like it could be cut -- glitter bombs and non lethal a lot there) gender swapped fetish fuel version of that without understanding why the thing they are ripping off worked.Girl power movies to appease the feminists at large that desperately want to convey that women can be as hard hitting as men.
In the end, the box office will decide. My money won't go to it. Not at all nivested on the characters and general super hero movies.
If they were really going for fetish appeal, they would have kept the comic costumes. Latex and leather and high heels all over the place. Instead we get this grungy streetwear. So yeah looking mostly like a fetish fuel type effort, which is fine I guess, but I would like more.

The setting has potential, but unfortunately what DC usually does with potential in their movies is to squander it.
DC's animated works are always praised, why don't they let the cartoon department make a live action movie?
