Your CIOS d2x are badly installed, reinstall them with Modmii by following this procedure ==>

To correctly install the CIOS d2x with Modmii, follow the instructions below:

1) Open Modmii
2) type "I Agree"
3) select "4"
4) select "REC" (recommend cios)
5) select "D" (download selected files)
6) select "Y" (Yes)
7) your CIOS are loaded
8) select "O" and you will find your CIOS d2x in the "wad" folder on the opened page
9) you just have to install them with a Wad installer (wad manager, yet another wad manager mod, or other wad installers)

If you post a syscheck report again, you will see your cios install correctly.
then test your games again

The easiest,simplest and safest Way - please "consult" a Windows PC,install ModMii and use your sysCheck.csv File on ModMii for the Update.

Sadly I do not have admin access on the only Windows device I have which means I can't download stuff
I may get a windows with access but only in February if not later

Unfortunately I have no Mac and can not give you "Support" and Help for this Tool.
For what I know it is an Compatibility Layer that you can run Windows Applicatons on Mac//Linux and more.

I'm trying to download Modmii with wine but it says that i need to Activate windows functionalities from the configuration panel to install microsoft .NET framework 3.5 (It is in french so it may not be worded like that in english.

Admin rights are not needed for ModMii, just install to the desktop or some other directory that doesn't require admin rights to write to

i am sorry to hear that it does not work for you.
Unfortunastely I did not found any Tipps or Hints how to make it work with MacOS.
People who also had this Challenge never reported back how they fixed it.

I am sorry,I think you have to use an Windows PC.

Except I need to install Windows .NET 3.5 on this windows device I have but that needs admin privileges as well

Shoot, sorry about that, that's often installed as part of some other windows update but I guess that isn't always the case
