{description}

SignaPic TWiT is a simple tool to help you set your favorites image (JPG / BMP) as TWiLight Menu++ Top screen Wallpaper, with the following features :

1. Multiple file processing
2. Auto proportional resize for non 4:3 image
3. Auto color detection for letterbox / pillarbox in Proportional resizer
4. Update reminder if program detect a new update (obviously when internet connected)

There's 2 version of SignaPic TWiT. Actually the differences only in size, the Minified is half smaller than the Normal one, if you download using metered connection, this Minified version is enough to help save it, but sometimes, Anti-virus often misunderstands, and detects this version as a virus (false-positive). Because the structure of the tool is no longer "neat".​

{known bugs}

1. Image possibly is too bright so i still cant help to manage the brightest and darkest color, since it's still beta, there's still hope for stable update

Please tell me when you find another bugs.
If you will, for faster respond, you can mention me ​

{tutorial : the simplest way}

1. Run the application

2. Click "IMPORT" button, and select some images you want to use it as wallpaper on your TWiLight Menu++

3. Click "PROCEED" button and you can choose how the way images will be converted and saved, then click "EXPORT"
Note : if you choose "Auto", better insert your SD Card first, then choose the SD Card drive letter

4. Wait for image(s) are being converted

4. The converted image will be weird, but for now, this is the best setting for TWiLight Menu++ to show the image normally

5. Now is the time to test the wallpaper

5. Look better right? I'll keep working on this to get the best result

for real, you just know that TWL uses bitmap for top screen? then just do it, i would be very happy and the TWL users too knowing that their TWL could handle a 32bit image formats , that's the dream

i thought that Robz8 would do the same if its possible.

I don't use that feature, as I don't use the DSi theme. I use the Acekard theme

but the script is too messed up, i still haven't time to tidy them
but if you want to make your own its good, the more platforn supported the better the tool is

I'm not an "Delphi guy" but i can do it. Just put the code in the repository and I'll commit.

I do recommend to use BSD, MIT or LGPL license, if you don't want to have problems with code.

what problem may cause? if that serious, i should learn how to put license on each of my project

For some reason I can't get it to show mine, even though I had a working .bmp before ><

yes, and just wait a little bit for ver 12.0 of twilight menu++, and you will be able to use .png as wallpaper

I havent test it yet (the latest twilight menu++), but according to what @maorninja said, he made his own fork which made any png images (or even JPG) are easily applicable directly on twilight menu++ , so you dont have to do with this tool anymore ...

my SignaPic series including this tool has problem with non-standard compressed JPG images (like images obtained from Facebook, or WhatsApp),
If this happen to you, you can always open the image using paint and save it as new JPG file, or converts all your JPG images you want to a new JPG images first, like using Format Factory or else. Then, you can use SignaPic TWiT to convert them for Twilight Menu++
