So i got my switch CFW very early on at a time when i dont think EMUMMC was even a thing, since ive had my switch CFW i have never gone online with it and have always blocked the Nintendo servers, am i still able to revert the SYS NAND which i currently have my CFW installed to to official Nintendo FW and setup a EMU NAND to install CFW to?, thus enabling me to play online with the SYS nand and homebrew stuff on the EMU nand?

If so is there a guide that gives these steps?, i currently have Auto RCM enabled as well as Incognito and dont believe ive ever burnt and fuses

do you have a nand backup at all? there's no point of emummc really if you don't intend to go online with your sysnand. also yes, you can still create it but if you don't have a clean nand backup then i wouldn't suggest going online at all once you do

This is the thing, as it was so long ago i do have a NAND backup but cannot remember if it was the very first NAND back up and so a 'clean' NAND

it has to be clean. if it's not and you go online, you may be flagged for a ban down the road in a ban wave. you can still create an emummc now if you want and it's not difficult to do so:

create a 29.2GB partition on your SD card making sure its fat32
then head to emummc on hekate, create emummc, sd partition and then let it create it

So there is no way or a program to check a NAND backup to see if it is clean?.

Just looked the earliest backup i have is FW 5.0.2

no, not that im aware off at least. its really like this, did you create the nand backup before running cfw if so then all is good. if not then you really have just hope you did create it before running cfw im afraid.

So if just a case of running the nand backup to get me back to FW 5.0.2, (that will remove all traces of CFW including AutoRCM & Incognito etc?), then i can update that to 9.1.0 via the switch itself and just use that for official use. From there install the hekate package onto a SD card and RCM into the system and setup a emummc with hekate?

So that will allow me to power on the Switch without my RCMloaded inserted to load SYS nand and then if powered on with my RCMloader inserted will boot into EMU NAND?......you dont lose any functionality by moving over to EMU NAND from SYS NAND for CFW right?

We don't even know exactly what criteria Nintendo uses to flag/ban people, if we did we could remove all traces of CFW after the fact, or just prevent any of it from being logged in the first place, and we would have perfect stealth, but it's not that simple. creport is only part of the puzzle.
