Hi! I've definitely done that and everything else works perfectly, I've followed guides on YouTube too and triple checked that the main and backup that I've edited are exported back (into the SD card). I've seen a few people have the same problem too even when following everything but haven't seen any solutions that have worked for them yet. I think I'll just keep trying since I've heard from a few forums it's just not completely reliable yet. Thank you though! :-)

For people having people with PkHex. I recommend outright deleting the backup, seriously. I tried editing both files so everything would be the same and it just didn't workout, some changes I made stick, but others didn't, so I tried deleting the backup and ever since then everything has been working smoothly. So yeah, get rid of the backup and work only with the main.

Anyone know how this code is suppose to work? The Let's GO Pikachu & Eevee you go to 2 NPC to redeem them after enabling to code. But, I thought the shirt was a Mystery gift code and would need the internet to receive.

So after my emuNAND got corrupted last time after injecting a modded shield save, I made a new emuNAND and wanted to edit the save again. I opened pkhex and realized that the main file and the backup file are not the same files. The backup file seems to be a save from further in the past than the main file. Now I am confused and not sure what to do and what not to do.

edit: guess whose game again starts to freeze no matter what save is injected and who has to rebuild his emuNAND the third time

You're using Atmosphere right? Go into Kosmos Toolbox, Reboot Hekate, then in Hekate boot into CFW sysNAND and backup your save in Edizon or Checkpoint. I found that if you use the emuNAND method you actually end up with two different saves since the emuNAND does not use the sysNAND anymore.

Dumb question incoming. Is it possible to use Checkpoint to copy your CFW save over to your OFW save? I booted up my OFW save and realized its about 40 hours behind my CFW one.

Yes, you can do this. Just boot into your emuNAND and use either Checkpoint or Edizon to backup the save, then go into Kosmos Toolbox and Reboot to Hekate. After that just go into the Launch menu, boot into CFW sysNAND, then use Edizon or Checkpoint to restore the save.

Also, Nintendo won't ban your Switch at all unless you're that guy who installs games that you do not own whether physically or in the eShop. They have some code running that checks your installed applications against your account to see which ones have actually been bought. Also, you can trade and battle online, just don't be that guy who has cheats enabled when you do. Otherwise yeah, you'll be banned from online competitions.

On another note, the Instant Egg cheats do not work for Pokemon Shield.

but no see Studded Leather Bag

It looks different for male and female.

Can you remove it from the code and make this code stand alone?

About the Exp Share removal, maybe it's not possible to remove it without breaking other things, but for now i couldn't find it.

This is what I was looking for. Thank you very much for fixing the code. Also, could the OP put this fix into their text file please? It seems this fix is not in any of the cheats available for Pokemon Shield at all.

Quick question. On the “nest is purple / nest is empty” codes, if you input something incorrectly sometimes the actual light is red and will not change back to purple and on rare occasions the light will be missing completely yet Pokémon will still spawn but despite numerous restarts and turning the code off the light will not reappear. Any thoughts on how to fix that? Also, I combed through the entire thread but couldn’t find a “shiny code” For GMax, there is still no code to make them shiny right? Thanks in advance!

Sword / Shield save files are fully encrypted and a lot of stuff was changed, it may take longer than a few days to add support in PKHex for it.
