Hacking Move save from nand to usb without deleting game data?

I've been backing up my games with disc2app and installing them with wup installer. All my saves from the discs are on the nand. I didn't realise the wii u has a stupid system where game data + save has to be in the same place. So the installed versions don't see my save.

If I copy my save to usb first, then install with wup installer, then both are in the same place and it's fine. The ones I've already installed though, if I move the save, it just deletes the game data and you end up with just the save on usb, then I have to reinstall. Is there a homebrew that can just move the save? I've seen a few injectors, but that looks like it's for backing up/overwriting data. I just want to move my save from nand to usb without it getting rid of the game data like the official way does. Don't really want to move the saves and then go back and reinstall the games I've already done unless I have no choice.

I'm using the haxchi exploit.

I don't believe there is a homebrew to do this.
The inject method you mentioned, afaik is the only way you can achieve this without deleting game from usb, moving the save and reinstalling

Thanks. That's a shame . Will just reinstall then after moving the save across. Seems like it will be the least hassle, can batch install as well and just let it do it while I do something else.

Such a stupid system.
