So like the title says, I'm trying to change the splash screen for my wiiflow lite forwarder channel on my Wii U's vWii. Reason is, Wiiflow lite isn't my primary USB loader for Wii games and Wiiware, I use USBloader GX for that which loads all those titles from my separate harddrive for the vWii. I have a separate channel for Wiiflow Lite, but I'm treating Wiiflow Lite as if it's a themed collection of titles. (I've titled it, Rock Band + Guitar Hero Party Pack, and it includes only all the full band Rock Band and Guitar/Band Hero games that came to the Wii, Wiiflow theme even reflects this). I've created it's own launcher icon complete with sound and everything for the Wii U menu, that forwards directly to the vWii channel for the forwarder of Wiiflow, the splash screens on the TV and Gamepad on the Wii U side are changed to exactly what I like, no problem, its the splash screen on the vWii side that I'd like to change. Normally this would be great, but in the process, a Splash screen for Wiiflow pops up, and I'd rather it shows a splash screen I put together for this 'Party Pack' instead (I know I have to change the Wiiflow animation as well, but I'm working on that, and that's something I already know how to handle).

Back in the Wii days, I know I could easily make this change one way or another, but I know that vWii wads need to be packed differently or you run risk of bricking the vWii if you install certain .wads built only for the original Wii. So I just wanna make sure I follow a proper way that wont brick, and I'm not seeing much info on the specific subject.

Rebuild the wad file

I was hoping for a little bit more help than that. Like how exactly should I rebuild the wad file? Is there a recommended program? Is it safe to do so without bricking the vWii in doing it such way as I'm aware that forwarder wads especially can brick vWiis if not properly built.

No offense dude, but I've seen you respond to numerous inquiries on this site with the worst responses, you don't actually help, you only give vague responses and act like the people asking the questions are fools for having them. If you're not going to genuinely help, then please don't even respond to my threads, I'd rather they sit responseless than get filled up with meaningless fluff. Thank you, but your kind of 'help' is not what I'm looking for.
