Hello,

I just recently did a clean install from 3.60 to 3.65 Henkaku Enso CFW. I injected Vitashell into Near using HBInjector.vpk. Restored my Vita to factory and formated the Vita Sony Memory card. After completing the Vita setup, I was successfully able to access VitaShell using the Near app. I then began prepping my SDtoVita card by copying the contents of ux0 to my freshly blanked and formatted microSD. At that point, all went according to plan.

When I FTP'd into the Vita to transfer gamesd.skprx and nonpdrm.skprx into ur0:tai/, I noticed that config.txt didn't exist. Also, my Sony Memory card does not contain a tai folder (ux0:tai/).

Here are the contents of my NAND ur0:tai/:
henkaku_config.bin

So if we perform a clean install from 3.60 to 3.65 Henkaku Enso and use Vita2SD, do we need to manually create and add the following?

ur0:tai/config.txt
Code:
*KERNEL
ur0:tai/gamesd.skprx
ur0:tai/nonpdrm.skprx

Since I'm not using 3.60 Henkaku Enso, I don't need the items below, right?

3.60 config.txt
Code:
# This file is used as an alternative if ux0:tai/config.txt is not found.
# For users plugins, you must refresh taiHEN from HENkaku Settings for
# changes to take place.
# For kernel plugins, you must reboot for changes to take place.
*KERNEL
ur0:tai/gamesd.skprx
# henkaku.skprx is hard-coded to load and is not listed here
*main
# main is a special titleid for SceShell
ur0:tai/henkaku.suprx
*NPXS10015
# this is for modifying the version string
ur0:tai/henkaku.suprx
*NPXS10016
# this is for modifying the version string in settings widget
ur0:tai/henkaku.suprx

Ok, it seems like users need to manually create ur0:tai/config.txt after a clean 3.60 to 3.650 Henkaku Enso install. Im not sure if the lines with *.henkaku.suprx are needed, since the files don't even exist in the tai folder. Adding the following got my Vita2sd card to work:

ur0:tai/config.txt
Code:
*KERNEL
ur0:tai/gamesd.skprx
ur0:tai/nonpdrm.skprx

technically, afaik, henkaku.suprx isn't needed. that file is henkaku settings, but henkaku will work without it. you can find that file in henkaku's title id folder. copy it to the tai folder. without it, henkaku settings won't appear in system settings. my install did the same thing.

there's an option in henkaku settings (henkaku.suprx) to rebuild the config.txt. it should work if there isn't one. I believe henkaku.suprx is now hard coded to vs0. that's why it's not present in ur0. copying it there won't affect anything other than maybe a rebuilding of the database. do not move it.

I'm not able to enable henkaku settings as they have disappeared from settings.

you could try putting henkaku.suprx in the memory card's tai folder. there's a copy of it in the molecular shell folder. I think the title id starts with an M (if you have it). however, you might have to build a config.txt with that location in it. I don't know if it will search other locations other vs0 for it. afaik, it's just vs0, ur0, not sure about ux0, but it's worth a try.

That won't work I can only see ux0 and there's nothing in it

maybe try backing up vita shell with qcma, remove the card you're using, then have it look at internal memory. this is a slim, right? otherwise it won't work. anyway, transfer vita shell back over and check if any henkaku files (suprx or config.txt) are present on vs0, ur0, or ux0.
