Homebrew [question] cant find badge arcade in the Eshop?

ive recently made my 3ds run homebrew, and I'm trying to get some custom badges on it, but for it I need the Nintendo arcade badge app, and I can't find it either in the Eshop or online, I found a .cia download site with a bunch of cias, badge arcade included, but I installed it, and by the looks of it it was only an update. does anyone know where I can find the badge arcade cia? or if theres any way to get custom badges without it.

under the free to start section in the eshop its one of the first few choices to select from. Its not that hard to miss.

if it would have been there I wouldn't have made this thread, there's just nothing in the Eshop besides some shovelware titles and a couple other games, theres no free to start section or any other section

are you using freeshop or eshop? any search about the title on nintendos site shows the game still available. heck. nintendo has a qr code to download badge arcade.

yeah, i looked i arround a bit and i think its because i haven't confirmed my Nintendo ID, so i guess that would explain why it doesn't show up. do you happen to know where i can find that qr code?

just a reminder, its against gbatemp rules to request download links for rom, even if it is for a free game, glad you got your issue sorted though, just avoid asking for warez next time
