Homebrew Will playing citra for hours on end on a laptop be bad

Processor- Intel core i3-5015U @ 2.10 GHz

Installed ram- 4 GB

64 based operating system and based processor

Windows 10
I'm surprised you can play it well, but generally it won't really do anything bad. Most computers will thermal throttle before causing any damage from overexerting the hardware. Basically, Worst case Your computer gets hotter and eventually your computer won't let it work any harder because that would make it too hot and damage the components (this is safe)

Well there is a lot of frame rate dips where it will just stutter than go faster again

Sounds silly but dusting out your laptop with some canned air might help your computer get hotter less fast so your computer can do more work
It helped mine ateast
