No because as soon as you launch the SX payload it looks for the CFW files for SX and they dont work with 9.0 yet.
Also read the PSA in my signature before you even attempt a downgrade.

This is the best course of action.just make an emunand with sx on 9.0 fw and use it with kosmos for downgrade your emunand to 8.1, dont do anything on your sysnand, keep it 9.0
after your emunand become 8.1 ypu should use sx os with it
