I using this webhack, and I installed on USB Flash and running Wii U games without problems, but problem I have is with running Wii or GC games,
I downloaded Signature Patcher app via HBC that I entered by browser by this webhack, I and I managed to install some Wii and GC games, but after I try to run them, I get initial game image and after that just black screen.
I dont know what problem is, maybe Wii/GC games cant be played via webhack and I need installed Haxchi?

My apologies if it's been mentioned, but is there a way to selfhost on android for 5.5.3? I did see the self hosting section in the OP, but it looked like it was mostly for the PC. I'm currently on 5.5.1 and have been using the KaflukeHost app, which works wonderfully. Would I be able to change some files to make it work with 5.5.3 or am I out of luck? Thanks!

How does this MochaLite work? I place it instead of the webhack in my SD?

Yeah, simply change/replace the payload.elf in the wiiu folder...

@Brawl345 Thank you very much, I'm going to try the payload now

Edit: Did a quick test, the payload.elf works fine. MochaLite boots directly up, skips the Homebrew Launcher as expected. Opening 'Health and Safety' starts the HomebrewLauncher.rpx.
Edit2: sig-patch works too.

No need for this, the SD setup is the same as for the webexploit from OP, exept that you can change the payload.elf in your SD/Wiiu folder in order to load MochaLite. Keep your old payload.elf on SD, so you can easily switch back in case of errors.

The rpx for the HomebrewLauncher is here: https://github.com/dimok789/homebrew_launcher/releases/tag/v2.1

but I haven't tested the root.rpx, as I don't need a main-hook payload that runs before the system menu.

Hello, i tried it to on 5.5.4 e, it launches the homebrew site. I dont see any apps, what do i do now?

...but without haxchi or CBHC, you defeat the purpose of the installed channel, because you first need to launch the browser hax to go into HBL to patch your firmware into CFW and remove signature check, to launch the unsigned HBL channel and go into ..... HBL again? a little redundant no? You already are in HBL you don't need the channel anymore!
the installable channel is specifically used to launch HBL when you don't use the browserhax.
Being able to install Homebrew Launcher as a Channel (and have it load from the System Menu) would be extremely useful. The reason is that Nintendo was too stupid to provide an "off" switch on the Gamepad. The Gamepad can be turned off in a timing hack if the Gamepad power button is held while on a Wii U loading screen. But Mii Maker refuses to start with the Gamepad off, making using Retroarch without the Gamepad a huge pain in the ass.

So there's the use case for installing Homebrew Launcher as a channel.

Work everytime. tks alot. I ve been stucked to hard restart since accident update to 5.5.3.
