@rajkosto can choidujountNX be updated to skip the gc reader firmware update to avoid it being lost if you're on lower fw than 9.0 later on?
because it seems they are probably going to keep upping the firmware requirement for reader to prevent cart dumps

thanks

One update possible, could be the option to reinstall same OFW to add exfat support on current FW. I'm nearly certain I did that on an earlier firmware using this app, but somewhere along the way, a FW update broke? the functionality. I use fat32 now, but I installed atmosphere for a friend and tried reinstalling same (8.1.0) FW, and I couldn't overwrite with exfat driver. In my opinion, even if using fat32 like I do, having the exfat driver has no ill effect? and is convenient to some other users limited to "drag and drop" knowledge.

Do i turn on autorcm or off while updating? As i already have autorcm enabled on my switch.
Firmware updates include updating your BOOT0, which is where AutoRCM is installed, so when ChoiDujourNX updates your firmware, it is also updating your BOOT0. That is why whatever option you have ticked for AutoRCM will determine if AutoRCM is enabled after the install or not.

I have already updated my sysNAND to 9.0.
When I update my 8.1.0 emuNAND with this, will there be any problems as the fuses are already burnt?

hi i'm on 6.0.0 and want to update my firmware to 8.1.0.0.

now i have a problem: i try to copy the SYSTEM:/Contents folder to my sd card with NXShell.
i mark the folder, hit copy and then switch to the external storage and hit paste, nothing happens, nothing gets copied.

i read you need the firmware files you are currently on and the firmware you wish to upgrade to.
i'm in this special situation:
how do i find out if i'm on 6.0.0. final or pre-release?
i really do not want to brick my switch.

it would be awesome if you could help out a newb

It does not matter which firmware version of 6.0 you are on as long as you are able to boot ChoiDujourNX via CFW. And you can find the firmware files in other places if you pay careful attention to the first post especially if you see any coughing.
