Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition will launch on the Switch next year

Nintendo is bringing back their much-beloved modern JRPG, Xenoblade Chronicles, to a new platform. Nintendo Switch owners will get the chance to play a remastered version of the 2011 title, when it launches next year. Intricate details were not given, but a trailer shows off what the game will look like on the Switch.

There's hope for a Xenosaga port.

I've been thinking about it, and I may end up buying this game for a third time.
It all depends how many improvements they put into it.
If it is just barely better than launching Dolphin in 1080p, then I pass.

I still remember when they were not gonna release it in the US. Still think American gamers dont like it?
Already spent 300+ hrs on the wii version. Started playing it before Operation Rainfall. Bought the North American version Left it sealed. Not buying it again. Good for the noobs did not even know the wii had some gems hidden under the shovelware

Wait what's wrong with the wii controls. The Game controlled fantastic in the original version and controlled exactly the same on 3ds (and will likely control the same on Switch).
i think he meant motion controls, i used the CC on the wii too, for me any game that required motion usage only was a pass that is why i never finished metroid prime 3, skyward sword and such, i hate forced motion gaming.
