I've just noticed that rom type filtering has a small bug.
I can filter nds and snes files, for example. That works well. But if all rom types are set to hidden in order to only show the gbarunner icon, all roms do appear.
Using 3ds theme.

@Robz8 I tried the clean roms of Mario vs Donkey Kong, JP, EU and US, only japanese version worked here, and still with invisible sprites. I updated Twilight Menu++ and ndsbootstrap, but the problem still happening
The invisible/glitched sprites is an nds-bootstrap issue, not an AP issue.

OK, so I get this error after trying to launch games in Widescreen using Widescreen.cxi, and every time it does, Widescreen.cxi is deleted from the TwlBg folder and a TwlBg.cxi file is created at luma/sys modules, result in games booting all stretched.
I'm using the latest Twilight Menu version and this didn't happen before I updated, I even redid the patching for TwlBg but I always get the same result.
I'm using a New 3DS on system version 11.10

What theme are you using in TWLMenu++?
If it's the Acekard theme, please switch to a different theme.
Also, try installing the latest TWLMenu++ CIAs manually.

Is it possible to AP patch the following games? I've tried using the DS Scene tool and couldn't do it for some reason:

River City Super Sports Challenge
River City Soccer Hooligans

How do I fix TWiLight Menu++ restarting when launching a game? How do I fix TWiLight Menu++ giving a Guru Meditation Error when launching a game?

Go into TWLMenu++ Settings, and disable "Update recently played list".

I've done this and am still getting an error with acekard theme. Other theme are poorly designed and seem to have a cut off limit after a certain number of roms.
What I'm using now is quick menu show, and then launching games with R4 theme (which could be better, long file names dont scroll), and then it "crashes" to the quick menu, and from the quick menu it's the last played title on top is the one i was trying to launch, and only from there I can launch the game.

This happens on most dsiware, sometimes I have to launch the game multiple times from the quick menu in order for it to boot.

Tested on two different DSi. One DSi XL 1.45 and regular DSi 1.3

Please advise.

.
The other themes don't have a cut off simply press the R button to see more roms.

Hi all! Has anybody managed to launch KORG DS10+ in DSI mode from an SD card?
I had no luck with it.
I managed to boot KORG DS10 (normal version for DS) after (I guess) TWiLight autopatching.
But even after manualy app-patching the DS10+ version with DS-Scene Rom tool, I still get a blank screen upon game boot.

I get an NDS bootstrapper error if forced into DSI mode, and only a blank screen in DS mode.
Does anyone have any idea on how to troubleshoot this?

Issue confirmed. I tried patching with DS-Scene ROMTool v1.0 Build-1215, i tried all the available releases on all regions to no avail.

Non-dsi enhanced version works without issue from any region.

However, using the romtool to patch 5549 - Korg M01 Music Workstation (Japan) (En) was successful. Without the patch it was stuck on black screen after logos.

Maybe it is an issue with all DSi enhanced roms?
I tried Pokemon White, Pokemon Black, and Sims 3, all apparently DSi enhanced. All had same issue.

They work running from Supercard DStwo

Check if your roms are clean using the same tool, or you can use NDS Header Tool 2 to review if your dumps have no conflicting issues. I have all of these you mentioned working but I can't tell about "Korg 101 Music Workstation", I haven't tested it yet.
Also make sure that you have your apfix folder up to date, fellow @retrogamefan has been making a lot of these lately and he released a patch for that game a few pages back.
