Hmm, this .ips file looks weird.
Can you show me the AP Patch tab for the ROM in DS-Scene ROM Tool?

Thanks man, you are eFFFFFFing aswesome, although I think I screwed something up along the way. With your file I don't get the AP message but the game boots into a black screen. Perhaps the AP fix in the tool's DB is bad. Sorry!

Did you replace the ROM on the SD card with the AP-patched one?
If so, revert it to the clean one.

No, I have the original one (unpatched) in the SD card. I would hate to waste any more of your time on this.

How do the APfix IPS files get named? NDS title ID's seem to be only 4 characters. What's with the <4 charcter title id>-<4 numbers>.ips

The 4 letters/numbers is the header CRC in the ROM, located at 0x15E, in big endian.
In the AP/widescreen filename, it's entered in little endian.

Original R4/M3 Simply? (Autobooting TWiLight Menu++ works?)
R4iDSN/R4i Gold RTS/R4 Ultra (Cannot autoboot TWiLight Menu++ with R4iDSN/R4i Gold RTS, but can with R4 Ultra)
Acekard 2(i)/Galaxy Eagle/M3DS Real (Cannot autoboot TWiLight Menu++ with Acekard 2(i), but does it work for the others?)
Acekard RPG? (Autobooting TWiLight Menu++ works?)
SuperCard DSTWO (Able to autoboot into TWiLight Menu++)

here are some info regarding the bolded text i quote:
GEi card doesn't autoboot to TWiLight Menu but YSmenu with files from DS game forwarder pack, it does autoboot TWiLight Menu with Autoboot files from github TWiLight Menu though.
also 3ds theme doesn't show rotating cube on the upper screen with GEi and EDGE card, and neither of them can launch ds rom with nds-bootstrap settings off.

I believe I applied the patch correctly this time, by manually applying the changes listed in DS Scene Rom Tool. I don't know if the patch really does anything but the game doesn't freeze upon launch and it is no worse than the one for Rev 1 of the game.

Here's some sweet patches for TwiLight Menu++. Patches are for the following games (I have tested them) :
Combat of Giants - Dragons (Europe)
Battle of Giants - Dragons (USA)
C.O.P. - The Recruit (Europe)
C.O.P. - The Recruit (USA)
Might & Magic - Clash of Heroes (USA)
Might & Magic - Clash of Heroes (Europe)
Prince of Persia - The Forgotten Sands (Europe)
Prince of Persia - The Forgotten Sands (USA)
Captain America - Super Soldier (Europe)
Captain America - Super Soldier (USA)

Unpack and copy the .ips files to sdcard:\_nds\TWiLightMenu\apfix

As for Mario vs. Donkey Kong - Mini-Land Mayhem! (V2GE/V2GJ/V2GV), the games doesn't boot the same as other DSi-Enhanced games, so it will need to be fixed in TwiLight Menu/nds_bootstrap before any AP fixes will work.

EDIT : For the following 2 games to work, you currently need to hold the L button while booting for the AP patch to work, until they are added to TwiLight Menu :
Combat of Giants - Mutant Insects (Europe)
Battle of Giants - Mutant Insects (USA)

Sorry for the stupid question, but does the widescreen function even with original cards? Like, if I launch the cartridge of super Mario 64 ds from twilight-menu, will it be widescreen? Obviusly Having everything in order (patch, etc) ...
