i've edited the save file (money) ... restore it with checkpoint app

but the game wont start. stuck on loading screen

where did i do wrong?

I found the easiest way to do the money is by changing the value incrementally. So for example, if you have $1900, change the value to 9999, win a race or get money to go above 10K and repeat to 99999, etc. I did this to like a million and then it put a wierd value in the money's place and I just changed that to all 9 and I ended up with more money than i could ever need in game. It took me about an hour but I got it to work. I tried to just add values but it never seemed to work correctly and just hang at the loading screen. Hope that helps some.

Chronoss I saw in the very beginning your post with the photo, and i've tried to find the save location in my installation data folder but no result. Furthermore, no-one says what software to use. I remember in another game I have used game guardian for other purpose, but now i am totally lost.
I know that the thread is in public view, but if possible i need a guide, few steps to follow. Maybe through personal message or mail is going to be much better.

You probably edited the value too high.

I am aware, that noob is the best word to describe me in the area of editing. Unfortunately i did't find something with the name H&D. To be honest i was expecting something like note pad app.

In the end, whoever persists, gets some results. I quietly tried to understand the logic behind the Chronoss photo, and what the initials in his post meant. One brought the other, and I understood the logic behind editors. So tommorow I'll experiment a bit alone and then if I don't come up with a result I'll upload the save. I hope to find a solution alone, because it's no a good idea to have my save in public view. Wish me good luck in my effort...
