So i Reccently hack my kids 3DS using the 3ds hack guide .. & everything worked out well ! so i thought i would treat myself to a XL ... alas its on a higher FW .... so i need help as im completely unsure what R4 type card to get & im not really sure if i can install CIA games when i have one ? so im looking for advice please on what to buy and where ..

Same exact thing happened here, but in the latest version, use steelhax as a start, then use froghax, use the guide on 3ds.hacks.guide, i know at first it may seem like nothing happened and it was useless, but fbi will be installed to Health and safety, then go from there

Steelhax and froghax is technically the same i would say. Steelhax is an entrypoint and the flipnote stuff is for using b9s.

I mean, How do the frames relate to the system, NAND, Whatever? Does the first frame contain code? Is the "victim" frame a app header or something?

My knowledge doesn't go that far. I'm sorry. You should probably ask one of the developers who have discovered this way.

I have, But the last lead wasn't all that descriptive, I don't know what the hell those addresses were supposed to mean, or even what an address means in the first place other than a memory variable on a memory map, And most places i go would warrant the OOOOOHH SOOOO INFAMOUS "NEcrOpoSTinG" comment in place of anything useful, and just making me waste my time checking the inbox to find it, And making all possible help see my comment as a "bad omen" and that they'll get judged too if they "continue the chain"

it might be easy to some ... but i found it very very confusing .... i can honestly say without help form
