this worries me because of youtubers like Glitchcity who don't just c&P or extend music he/she makes remixes i retract my idea of getting a switch lite i'm gonna pirate sw/sh and wait untl (hopefully) ldn is compatable with it F.U.N.

I see. Well, I hope SilvaGunner doesn't get taken down. OSTs you can find many places, but perfectly made parodies like that are just genius. Parodies should go under fair use so it should be fine, hopefully.

OCR are remixes. GilvaSunner was just Nintendo OSTs. I don't think it's possible for them to go after OCR, since one would think remixes are protected under fair use.

Nintendo are still hitting GilvaSunner with claims and Gilva has called for Nintendo to list their OSTs on Spotify or other streaming services.

As far as I know, he doesn't monitise the videos (and if he did, he wouldn't make a whole lot)

If the videos were monetized, it probably wasn't his doing. I think YouTube sometimes monetizes videos anyways and takes all the profit for themselves in typical YouTube fashion.
