I kinda don't know what I should do because I kinda don't have any idea what my setup is because a friend unblocked my 3DS way way way back then.
I know I have FBI and title manager, and I remember my dumb self installing just the Luma updater to trying to fix something and I kinda just left it there. Now my console is a clusterfuck of information lmao.
I tried installing the twilightmenu with the manual method but it crashes on startup.
How does it crash?

For MegaMan ZX, hold L after pressing A/START to launch the game. That requirement will be removed in the next version of TWLMenu++.
For Yoshi's Island DS, what region and revision is the ROM? I'm using USA Rev 1, and works fine for me, without holding L.
Megaman ZX works after holding L. Thank you.

As for Yoshis Island DS, I'm unable to tell the actual region and revision. In the per-game settings it says SDK Ver 3

Some bugs and complaints:
Why doesn't the game list in DSi and 3DS themes infinitely scroll?
Why can't I press START on the touchscreen in DSi and 3DS themes to launch the game?
DSiWare doesn't work. It just says that the save file / system memory is corrupted.
Is it possible to disable heap shrink without holding L every time? I see no such option in the menu that opens after pressing Y, or the settings menu.
Is it possible to disable some buttons from the DSi theme's select button menu? I don't need GBARunner2 or the manual.
The icon for "Open Manual" button is bugged in the DSi theme's select button menu. Instead of the correct icon, it shows the icon for the rightmost game shown on the screen until that game goes 2 tiles off screen, and then it shows another game that's then rightmost. If I'm at the very left, it shows the game that would be rightmost if I scrolled 2 games to the right. If I go to the very right, and there are no games at the right screen border, it shows the last game that was shown, even if it goes more than 2 tiles off screen. This all works in the opposite direction too.

Does anyone else do well Mario & Luigi Bowser Inside Story? It gives me white screen after when the "Alphadream" logo appears, in the previous version of nds bootstrap did not happen.

Works fine for me.
Is the ROM AP-patched?

It's also not working for me now, the game freezes when I try going into another room after loading a save file, but it was working in previous versions. Also, there's something I want to ask:
I patched the ROM and the game is (well, was) fully playable for me, but whenever I enter into a battle, the "field-to-battle" transition screen (the yellow star jumping up and going down) glitches a bit and takes a while to load, does this happen only for me?

That's currently normal.
