Although this isn't a point of contention, I'd like to remind everyone that you can technically load SX OS on a patched console.
You can chain SX OS by using Deja Vu and loading ArgonNX as a payload option (doesn't need converting to .bin like Hekate does). iirc

So, they made update nsps. Interesting.
Gonna wait for them on dark umbrella.

Also, people stop getting salty about SX OS, 'they stole code' well, they don't care. Most people don't, even SciresM doesn't care about his code stolen. Everyone one can choose their own CFW, Atmosphere or ReiNX for general homebrew, SX OS for piracy and messing around.
If he does not care, why did he made sept encrypted?

No way. This is a joke. You can literally wget the updates from their website. Nice job TX.

Septs not encrypted, its open source you can compile it. But you need the correct key to get the compiled version running. TX can easily look at the code.

And SciresM even stated that he doesn't care on twitter.

And don't start a saltfest.

All these extra features nobody asked for are great, but how come we can't get a simple management system for sorting large collections of games?

I asked them a few days ago and they still confirm it was coming 'soon' :)
But they always delivered, i am sure it is coming. JUst there is a difference between the free solutions releasing alpha buggy software instantly because they have no responsibility and a paid solution which a) have to be sure they don't have hundreds of refunds requests and b) as it seems this will be hardware, production, which even if you have a working product, can take months. Maybe they have this working for months just are in the process of mass production. I remember in the original days, correct me if i am wrong, TX was very quiet, then atmo team announced the first early switch hack, not doing much (not running games etc.) and then TX announced within hour their solution, and they were first with a working solution playing games, months before the others.
Maybe they had this ready for 6 months before Atmo, but they were just quiet. We never know what they do, or where they stand, unless they are pushed by the free solutions. And since the free solutions right now kind of clearly said they have no universal solution for patched units for all firmwares,i think we will know nothing until they decide to talk. Let's hope it is 'SOON' lol.
Yeah, i hope so. In my humble opinion, when they claim to have a solution, they should put out ore shut up. I would have more respect if they Just said, sorry, this we cant do. Rather then puling us by the leg, and keep claiming we have a way, trust us if they are on to somthing, mayby give us a status update. So we at least know they are on to somthing

So how far can you downgrade? And what's the golden firmware ud you don't care about a family account for a secondary Switch?
Probably relies on your fuse count.

Yeah it works great but it's the obvious Ds factor you loose from it it's not like playing atari games on atari because Nintendo actually use to give a reason to buy their hardware

  • HiradeGirl @ HiradeGirl:
@K3Nv2 I did that using Citra for 3DS games. Bottom screen was my smartphone. Until I got the touch screen.
