TBH, when I make the stuff myself (with extra garlic) I totally see how it's made and then it tastes even better, but it gets spoiled really fast.
Yes, Nothing beats self made mayonnaise! (And indeed you totally see what's in it :D )
You make it to your own taste but indeed you best eat everything the same day or day after, then you beter make new one

I can't believe nobody said Kewpie yet
Never hard of it, but after looking it up, it seems a Japanese brand of Mayonnaise!!!
Have to look up where i can get it to taste it :D in Belgium

[EDIT]
found an online store in Belgium :D

For anyone who speaks/understands German I can highly recommend this video:

It's hilarious how serious they go about finding the perfect mayonnaise. :D At around 27:20 one of the testers has a mental breakdown after realizing that one of the mayos was beyond the expiry date.

Personally I like this one from Bruckmann:

My favourite mayonnaise is the one that stays in it's bottle, on the shelf at the supermarket and stops violating the meals I oder.

Vile stuff. Seriously fucking vile.

Mayonnaise is not healthy. I used Avocado for mayonnaise as superfood and healthier!

What's healty today anyway?

Bio products and other in house grown vegetables all have there not willingly bad stuff on it, it's in the air out there.

The time chernobyl happened, months after the radioactif dust got over Europe and everybody kept eating there so called healty vegetables from there own garden, eating Radioactif stuff

You grow your stuff in your garden, like i did for years, a farmer in the neighboorhood is sprinkling his chemicals over his vegetables and the wind blows it over your garden, without you knowing, your crops and other things get chemicals on it and in it.

I stopped growing my own stuff and keeping my own chickens.

Now i can't eat anything fresh, for my own health, (i can get very sick from eating fresh stuff today (and 1 of the reasons i'm in the hospital already fo 6 weeks now (2 more to go before i can get home if nothing else happens)) i have to eat stuff from the factory, cause it 's packed more microbe free there and healtier, then the stuff i get from my garden or any other fresh stuff (bread/meat/fruit)

(Also because of all the pills my taste has changed and Mayonnaise/Ketchup are the few products that kept the same taste)

Yes, most stuff prepacked from the factory taste like Sh*t, but Mayonnaise/ketchup keeps it a bit tastier for me.

It's been a long while since I've gotten a good mayonaise from a store, I mostly go for Miracle Whip as substitute.

Whatever they use on carnivals is usually pretty good though, best I've ever had was from a fries street vendor in belgium, no idea if/what the brand is.

The brands of mayo we have here are probably nothing like yours. I can find Hellmans mayo in some stores here, and it's different to (and way better than) our local brands. But I usually just buy whatever is the cheapest, at the end of the day most of what you're tasting is whatever you are putting the mayo on and not the mayo itself so it really doesn't make a huge difference. Hellmans is pretty good though, and it's just about the best thing to put on fries (that you can find here, anyway)
Liar, no one likes Miracle Whip. Not even the person that invented it likes it.

I understand. Maybe you ate junk for a long time before you got sicker. I don't know.

I grew up drank Coco Cola all the time and eat sometimes cookie and I stopped in 20's or so. Thanks God that I have no diabetic at all. So.. now I eat 2 chocolate chips every other days.

If it's from a street venor in Belgium, Mostly it's Vandemoortele / Manna / Even Hellmans on rare occasions / Devos Lemmens / Mayonnaise, all come in 10L buckets, or special made mayonnaise for them, not for sale to normal customers.

...
No, i grew up eating vegetables and fruit, all from our own garden, also the meat came from our own animals, same for milk/eggs/cheese/butter and bread was backed at home

When i got older and left home i rarely ate fast food, but when i eat fast food , i mostly enjoyed it.

[Off-topic to set some things straigt]

The reason i got sick has nothing to do do with food but more partially with chemicals and pain killers i used to use at my past workplaces (my own white defence cells (neutrophils) get attacked by my other defence white cells (Lymphocytes) and that stopped my bone marrow from making enough new cells (red and white and pallets)), so my bone marrow has dried up and needs a soft resset (by medicine) when the soft resset doesn't work a hard resset is needed (Bone marrow transplant from a donor that matches your blood stuff)

[EDIT]
I get 2x a week 1 packet of new pallets and 1 time every 10 days 2x red blood cells packets
SO, Thank You to all blood donnors out there!!! you really save lifes!!!
[End EDIT]

- Hard resset: Kill ALL your own defence systems thru chemo
You need to be in isolation for a few weeks before you get the transplant and a few weeks after
with a 90% chance your bone marrow starts again but a 30% chance it gets rejected by you body later on and a 20% chance you die from it after treatment (depends on your age, the older the higher)

- Soft resset: Kill ALL your own defence systems by getting special foreign cells, no chemo needed
and you need to be in isolation for 6 (in the best case scenario) to 8 weeks (normal) or longer in the more worse case and still need months/years to fully recover with a 50% chance it really works and again a 50% chance you can get it back anytime after recovery from it and a 5% chance you die from it after theatment (depends on your age, the older the higher)

So that's done, not more needed to say about that in here ;) i'm 49, getting 50 this year and hope to add some more years to it!!, always looking at the bright side of life, never give up hope that's what i do making the best of it, day by day, i don't worry about tomorrow, cause tomorrow still has to come, i don't worry about the past, cause the past is the past, nothing you can do about it!
