Hacking Any way around error code 2181-4017 (am I banned from eshop)

I use CFW. This morning all was well and i downloaded an update.
After work, I got this error that says that network services are temporary unavailable, i tried to a archive a game that i paid for on the eshop and download it again and it does not work, and cannot open the eshop either.
Anyone knows if its a ban or a simple temporary thin?
And if i'm banned, any workaround?

• You are unable to access online services on Nintendo Switch and receive error code 2181-4017.
• Error Message: "Network services are temporarily unavailable. Please wait for a while and then try again."

You aren't banned but updating in CFW is pretty stupid, No workaround for a ban yet. (There was Retro's unban method but that requires a new token.)
If you are banned, you cannot access the eShop since Nintendo is giving CDN bans now.

How to get games on a banned switch;
First: Pirate (I don't support piracy.)
Second: Buy Game Cards

Nah, i think today they are investigating and before long I'll get banned. I fiddled around for years with my 3ds and never got that. Shit happens

They don't investigate, its automated.

There is hope, but currently the switch wants to be stable as his father... the 3DS.
So he is currently near 9000 stability and will crush any hope.

Did you use a CDN downloader for example? Or something that sent weird telemetry to Nintys CDN?

Yeah i just got the same error message when i attempt to download a game update.. Are we banned?? because even though we don't see the one that states that we can't access online content, this is pretty much what we get when ever we attempt to access online content..

Not banned yet, but the Website says that your switch is acting weird. The solution is to wait for a while.

cool.. I will wait to see what happens.. but hopefully it wont take long.. I know this has been going on for the past few days.. so it has been about 1 week.

Android is outside Horizon so Nintendo can't detect if you hacked your switch or not. I hope you can access the eShop now.

What is a CDN Ban?

A CDN ban isn't merely limited to being an eShop ban. Also known as superban, it's a fully banned console, oftentimes not even receiving system updates.

Usually when you're banned a message will pop up whenever you try to connect online by using any app that requires online connectivity. The message will display "Use of online services has been currently restricted by Nintendo"
Likewise you won't be able to access your friend list even.

Not being banned now whilst on CFW doesn't mean you won't in the future. Bit of a stupid move by updating pirated games online and going online on CFW altogether.
Don't do that again.

If you're planning to buy another switch eventually and use the same account then you might as well unlink it.

I would unlink it. as soon as the switch is cdn banned, afaik you cant unlink it because you cant connect to nin servers

I can unlink it on the site, can be used only once per year
