Gaming My friend's DSi XL keeps turning black screen after putting in top of another DSi XL

Hello, Well it was just a normal day,me and my friend was just playing Mario kart (She has another DSi XL ,since she has more money than me *just had a DS lite and DSi XL ) after the game she said she will go out for a while so I put her DSi XL to the top of another DSi XL as the title says
Does it have to do anything with the broken lcd?

It's because it goes into sleep mode
Sleep mode activates when a magnet is close to the magnet sensor in the bottom part and the speakers are magnets and your DSi detects that magnet in the DSi below it so it goes into sleep mode
I think the manual mentions that if you place it on top of other DSes it can go into sleep mode
This is normal and if you don't want it to happen just don't put your DS on top of another DS when you're using it
